The Randolph County Chamber of Commerce operates as an independent, nonprofit organization for the overall betterment of the community. We are ran by the membership through an elected board of directors. Elections are held annually at which time retiring board members are replaced by newly elected directors. It is a general practice to replace only a portion of these individuals each year in order to provide for continuity of action. A president, one or more vice presidents, a treasurer and other officers are elected annually after the newly constituted Board of Directors has been determined.
