Old Historic Courthouse

The event space is located on the 2nd floor and can seat approximately 200 guests.
Upstairs rentals come with 10 round tables and 60 metal folding chairs, as well as, one 12 foot rectangle table.
The rental fee is $100-$300, depending on the event, with a signed contract.
The Preserve
The Preserve and Elk Lodge are located on the scenic Buck Hollow Ranch in Warm Springs, Arkansas.
The Preserve is the perfect setting for your wedding, reception, corporate event, family reunion, holiday party, or any social gathering.
The Preserve accommodates 150 guests and has a full kitchen, bathrooms, and a dressing room.
The nearby luxurious Elk Lodge will accommodate 8 overnight guests.
Our event coordinator can assist you with planning your special event from choosing the caterer all the way to the photographer!
