Leadership Randolph County is a nine-month program (September – May) designed to help participants become effective leaders and to facilitate increased involvement in the Randolph County community. Class participants develop an understanding of critical issues facing Randolph County, gain knowledge to enhance their leadership skills and become actively involved in making a difference in their community.

Our Goals

  • To seek out, train and promote high achievers for positions of voluntary responsibility in Randolph County
  • To establish a communication network among the existing and emerging leaders of Randolph County
  • To challenge these leaders to increase their involvement in community affairs
  • To educate aspiring leaders and support their growth through leadership training and community education, so they may serve as catalysts in the Randolph County community.
