Black River Technical College will be offering Conversational Spanish on the Pocahontas campus. Deadline to register for the Conversational Spanish: Series III is June 25. No previous Spanish is necessary to attend. The course will cover: fundamentals of pronunciation, personal health needs, key body parts, personal safety and restaurant terms.
The 6th Annual Juneteenth Celebration will take place on Saturday, June 13th beginning at 9 am at the Eddie Mae Herron Center.
Oak Creek Apartments has a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment for immediate occupancy. You must pass credit, criminal and an eviction search. The City of Pocahontas will host a Pocahontas Planning Workshop on June 18th at 6pm.
Due to illness, the Back Door Children’s Store ribbon cutting has been postponed. When a new date and time has been scheduled it will be posted.
The 4th Annual Reyno Festival will take place Saturday, June 13th. The family friendly festival will begin at 9 am and end at 3 pm.
